I was nervous at first to try this service since I've never done cryotherapy before but the team at Next Health was very informative in letting me know all the benefits. They even let you choose a song and listen to music while you're in there to make the time go by faster! I'm going to try it again after a hard workout to really feel all the benefits especially since its so affordable.
