The Soy Sensitivity Test assesses sensitivity to multiple peptides (short-chain amino acids) in soy, including GMO and non-GMO varieties. Soy in the United States is almost entirely genetically modified (GM) and, like other GM crops, contains pesticidal proteins added during genetic modification which can contribute to health problems in humans and other mammals such as increased weight and immune abnormalities.
