Apex Concierge is your dedicated longevity care team for a full year — a Longevity MD, NP/PA/ND practitioner, and Care Coordinator with same-day and next-day access, plus unlimited IV therapy and wellness technology, integrated medical care, and quarterly biomarker reviews. Apex+ includes everything in Concierge plus the deepest diagnostic assessment available — 500+ biomarkers, Full-Body MRI, Chest CT, CT Calcium Score, Galleri multi-cancer detection, TruAge epigenetic age, 3x4 Genetic Blueprint, and a complete physical with InBody scan. Both programs run for a full year.

The Apex Concierge and Apex+ programs include integrated medical care — acute illness treatment, prescription management, and specialist referral coordination. For many members, this effectively serves as their primary medical home.

Next Health operates as a private healthcare service and does not accept insurance. Many members use HSA/FSA reimbursement funds. We recommend checking with your plan administrator to determine eligibility.
