Dr. Chhadia is a double board-certified physician with advanced training in metabolic and obesity medicine through Harvard Medical School, along with training in anesthesia and critical care from the University of Chicago. She has become a leading voice in longevity science, with a clinical focus on hormone optimization, metabolic health, and preventative, personalized care.

What's included in Apex Concierge?
Apex Concierge is your dedicated longevity physician and care team for $949 per month. It includes a personalized longevity roadmap built around your biomarkers and goals, unlimited wellness technology, two IV therapy sessions and two vitamin shots each month, a custom monthly supplement formulated from your lab results, quarterly curated lab work with a physician results review, and direct messaging access to your care team.
Do I need testing to begin?
In most cases, yes. So your physician can build a plan that's truly personalized, most new patients complete comprehensive diagnostic testing to establish a baseline. This testing is a separate, one-time investment from the monthly membership. If you already have recent advanced testing, it may be applied toward your baseline; otherwise, your physician will recommend the right panel for you. Your care coordinator will walk you through the options and pricing during your consultation, so there are never any surprises.
Does this replace my primary care physician?
No. Apex Concierge is a longevity program focused on optimization and healthspan. It does not replace your primary care physician. Your longevity physician is happy to collaborate and communicate with your primary care team, but we recommend maintaining your existing primary and specialty care relationships.
Is this covered by insurance?
Next Health operates as a private healthcare service and does not accept insurance. Many members use HSA/FSA reimbursement funds. We recommend checking with your plan administrator to determine eligibility.
Can my spouse or partner join too?
Absolutely. Many of our members enroll alongside a spouse or partner. You can reserve a spot for them right in your application, and we'll coordinate both of your memberships together.
What makes this different from other longevity programs?
Most longevity programs end at diagnostics. They hand you a report and send you on your way. Apex Concierge was built differently. Your dedicated physician doesn't disappear after your first visit.
