How To Mix Your Peptides

Disinfect the tops of both vials (peptide & bacteriostatic water) with alcohol swabs.
Draw air into the syringe equal to the amount of water you’ll use. Inject this air into the water vial (this helps avoid pressure build-up).
Withdraw the prescribed amount of bacteriostatic water.
Inject water slowly into the peptide vial, letting it run down the inside of the vial—avoid shaking.
Gently swirl the vial (do not shake) until the powder fully dissolves.
Label the vial with the date. Reconstituted peptides are stable up to 90 days.

Store reconstituted peptides in the refrigerator.
Keep reconstituted peptides away from direct light and do not freeze.
Ensure the vial is upright and securely sealed.

How to Inject Peptides

Pinch the skin, insert the needle at a 90° angle, and inject slowly.
Dispose of the needle safely in your sharps container.
