What You’ll Need to Have Ready at Home

How To Mix Your Peptides

  • Disinfect the tops of both vials (peptide & bacteriostatic water) with alcohol swabs.
  • Draw air into the syringe equal to the amount of water you’ll use. Inject this air into the water vial (this helps avoid pressure build-up).
  • Withdraw the prescribed amount of bacteriostatic water.
  • Inject water slowly into the peptide vial, letting it run down the inside of the vial—avoid shaking.
  • Gently swirl the vial (do not shake) until the powder fully dissolves.
  • Label the vial with the date. Reconstituted peptides are stable up to 90 days.

Storage Instructions

  • Store reconstituted peptides in the refrigerator.
  • Keep reconstituted peptides away from direct light and do not freeze.
  • Ensure the vial is upright and securely sealed.

How to Inject Peptides

  • Choose your injection site (usually the belly fat around the navel or outer thigh).
  • Clean the injection site area and vial top with alcohol swabs.
  • Draw your dose carefully using the syringe (refer to instructed dosage from provider)
  • Pinch the skin, insert the needle at a 90° angle, and inject slowly.
  • Dispose of the needle safely in your sharps container.

Do not use a bent or damaged needle. Dispose of it safely in a sharps container and use a new syringe.

What if I feel pain, swelling, or redness?
Mild irritation at the injection site can be normal. However, if symptoms worsen or persist, contact your healthcare provider.

Yes. Use a travel-friendly insulin cooler to keep your peptides cool during travel. We can provide a travel letter upon request to assist with security or customs checks.
