They are compounded medications prepared by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, prescribed under physician supervision, and administered within our IRB-approved clinical study framework. This is the responsible, compliant path for peptide therapy in the United States today, and it is fundamentally different from the gray-market peptide industry that ships unverified vials directly to consumers.

Peptide therapy is a clinical practice, not a product. It requires physician oversight, signed consent, quarterly biomarker monitoring, and protocol adjustments based on real progress data. Membership is the operational structure that makes all of that possible — quarterly follow-up visits, in-clinic biomarker re-testing, sterile pen refills, and ongoing physician access. We tried separating peptides from membership and found that outcomes suffered. Members do better.

Every prescribing Provider at Next Health completes 12–15 hours of SSRP training before they are authorized to prescribe peptide protocols, and continues their education through the IRB-approved study structure.

Your peptide is shipped directly to you from our licensed compounding pharmacy. You bring the vials to your nearest Next Health location, where a nurse fills your 3mL sterile pen cartridges under a sterile mixing hood. Each cartridge typically lasts approximately three months. At quarter-end, you return to the clinic for your follow-up visit and your next refill.

Timelines vary substantially by protocol and individual. Most patients begin to notice changes in the 6–12 week range — often in sleep quality, energy, recovery, or specific symptoms targeted by their protocol. The most durable changes happen across the full 12-month membership year, with quarterly biomarker re-testing showing measurable shifts. We do not promise specific timelines; we measure them.

Every protocol is physician-prescribed and physician-monitored under our IRB-approved clinical study. We use the conservative 'low and slow' dosing protocol — half-dose titration for new users, one peptide at a time, compounds added every 2–4 weeks. We measure biomarkers quarterly. Adverse events are rare with this framework, but they happen, and our IRB monitoring is designed to catch and respond to them. Compared to home-administered gray-market peptides, the Next Health framework is dramatically safer.
