Dr. M. Shoma Datta-Thomas, MD, FACOG, began her career as a gynecologic robotic surgeon. Driven by her extensive experience in managing complex hormonal and metabolic health issues she transitioned into functional medicine and longevity. Her 20 year career spans large academic centers to day-one startups, where she has successfully directed clinical teams in developing innovative healthcare frameworks that deliver high patient satisfaction and operational excellence. As the daughter of successful immigrants and a mother raising a blended family of four daughters, she is deeply motivated to evolve the medical system. Passionate about transforming healthcare delivery through strategic innovation and patient-centered care, Dr. Datta-Thomas is a vital asset in the evolving landscape of medical leadership and longevity medicine.
